we collect what you type into the product: first names or display names, occasion and activity choices, custom text and emojis, proposed date and time options, replies (accept, decline, or a single counter), and similar invitation content. we do not ask for phone numbers or email addresses in the invitation flow. if you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive the message content and any address you include. we also receive technical data that browsers and servers normally produce, such as ip address, approximate general location derived from ip, device and browser type, language, referring url, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers. invitation pages are opened by unique links; anyone you share a link with can see the invitation content on that link. we use this information to operate the invitation, show status to the sender, moderate community submissions, prevent abuse and spam, answer support mail, measure how the site is used, display or hide ads, and fulfill a premium purchase. we do not sell personal information.

payments. if you buy the usd $2 premium upgrade, checkout is handled by lemon squeezy and may also be handled by stripe. those companies may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. the personal data they collect may include transactional data (such as amount, time, and product) and identifying information about devices that connect to their services. they use this information to operate and improve the payment services they provide to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, tax and merchant-of-record duties (for lemon squeezy), and analytics related to the performance of their services. we receive limited confirmation that a payment succeeded so we can unlock premium on the matching invitation; we do not store full card numbers. you can read lemon squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy and stripe's at stripe.com/privacy. payment records may be kept by those processors for longer than our fourteen-day invitation deletion window because financial, tax, and anti-fraud rules require it.
retention, sharing, and your choices. invitation content is automatically deleted from our infrastructure fourteen days after the invitation is created, and we also run cleanup so that expired invitations do not remain available. contact messages are kept only as long as needed to read and respond, unless we must keep them to handle a dispute or legal request. we share information with the service providers that host the site, process payments, serve ads, and measure analytics, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service or other people. information may be processed in countries other than the one you are in. depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a data-protection authority. for invitation data, deletion also happens automatically after fourteen days; if you want it removed sooner, use the contact form or the email below with the relevant link. the service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. this notice works together with our terms of service. the only public email for this service is nimrodarcusin@gmail.com.
